ACCOMMODATION: GENERAL INFORMATION,TERMS & CONDITIONS
ALL OUR ACCOMODATION IS FULLY SELF CATERING
Accommodation at the lodge consists of neat and comfortable thatched roof chalets, each with its own self catering kitchen, viewing deck and braai area.
Nuanetzi has 4 x 4 sleeper bush chalets, one 4 sleeper stone chalet and a 6 sleeper stone chalet.
4 X SELF CATERING THATCH ROOF BUSH CHALETS ( sleeps 4 persons each)
1 x Double bed in bedroom, including linen and towels. Fully equipped kitchen, with microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, gas plates, crockery & cutlery. Chalets have 220v electricity plug points and overhead fans. Freezer facilities are available at reception upon request.
There is also a bathroom with shower, toilet and facial basin and a lounge area. An open deck with table and chairs overlooks the bushveld and a waterhole. Each chalet has its own braai facilities.
Tented section of deck: 2 chalets have 1x d/sleeper couch in the tented section of the deck, and 2 chalets have 2 x single bunk (stack) beds in the tented section.
Chalets are situated within walking distance from car parking, lapa/boma, pool bar, coffee bar and swimming pool. The layout of chalets is available on our website.
Prices for the 2016 season range between R750.00 and R950.00 per day, depending on the number of people sharing and duration of stay.
6 X SLEEPER UNIT (Sleeps 6 persons)
3 x Bedroom accommodation, sleeps 2 x single beds in each room, including all linen and towels.
Lounge area and fully equipped kitchen, with microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, stove, crockery & cutlery. Chalets have 220v electricity plug points and overhead fans. Bathroom: Shower/toilet and facial wash basin. Situated close to boma, pool bar and lapa. Freezer facilities are available at reception upon request.

Price for the 2016 season: R1260.00 per day for 6 persons sharing.
STONE CHALET: (Sleeps 4 persons)
2 x Bedroom accommodation, sleeps 2 x single beds in each room, including all linen and towels.
Bathroom: Shower/toilet and facial wash basin.
This 4 x SLEEPER STONE CHALET has an unique outside kitchen, as well as an outside shower and its own braai facilities.

GENERAL INFORMATION
- Admittance to Nuanetzi Game Lodge is totally at your own risk and no responsibility whatsoever will be accepted by the management, staff or owner of Nuanetzi Game Lodge for any loss, damages, injury or sickness.
- Nuanetzi Game Lodge reserves the right of admission.
- Arrival times: From 14h00 – 19h00
- Departure time: 10h00
- The person that made the booking, shall be the person held responsible for the settlement of the account.
- We supply linen and towels.
- No TV in chalets.
- We supply a limited quantity of dishwashing liquid and toilet paper.
- A refundable breakage, cleaning and keys deposit of R500.00 is payable on arrival.
- We will make sure that all the chalets are clean & tidy upon arrival and we expect to receive it back in the same condition. If we have to wash dishes and dry clean dirty couch covers, pillows etc, you will forfeit part of your deposit.
- Each chalet has a complete inventory of all the equipment, crockery & cutlery. Guests are requested to check the list and to report any missing or damaged items on arrival.
- An inventory check will be done before departure and all damages, cleaning costs etc will be subtracted from your deposit.
- In view of the breeding programmes on the farm we do not allow guests to drive around the farm in their own vehicles.
- Guests are welcome to walk on the farm at own risk.
- This is a bushveld lodge where people come to relax and to enjoy nature and guests are expected to honour the privacy of other guests and no excessive noise will be allowed.
- Please note that own liquor is not allowed beyond the chalet gate and at the bar/swimming pool area.
- We have a fully equipped cash bar at reasonable prices.
- We offer game drives at R120, 00 per person, to be arranged with management.
- The boma and lapa area, adjacent to the swimming pool and bar area can be hired for private use at a cost of R500, 00 per day/night. This includes braai grids, one batch of wood (logs), tables, chairs, cutlery and crockery.
- Firewood and ice can be purchased at the following prices:
- Ice : R15,00 per bag
- Wood : R18,00 per bag

CANCELLATION AND PAYMENT POLICY
- Bookings will only be accepted by e-mail, no telephone bookings.
- Proof of deposit/payment to be e-mailed to us to confirm your booking.
- Only cash or Internet transfers, no credit card facilities.
- All reservations require a 50% non refundable accommodation deposit to confirm a booking and full payment of the accommodation must be made 21 days before arrival of guests, after which no cancellations will be accepted.
- All requests, confirmations and cancellations are only valid if in writing.
HUNTING RULES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The person that made the booking, shall be the person held responsible for the settlement of the entire hunting account.
- Arrival times: From 14h00 – 19h00
- Departure time: 10h00
- Hunting times: From 7h00 until 15h30 in the afternoon.
- A minimum of 2 nights per booking shall apply.
- Hunting arrangements to be confirmed in writing with management.
- Firearms must be sighted on shooting range at farm prior to hunting.
- Due to the breeding programmes on the farm only firearms equipped with silencers will be allowed. Rifle with silencer can be arranged.
- All hunters please note – no hides, only walk and stalk and no shooting at water holes.
- Calibres smaller than .270 rifles are not allowed for hunting and soft point ammunition should be used.
- Any wounded animals, is fully payable at the highest price of the species wounded.
- Fully equipped slaughtering and cold room facilities are available and may be used at own risk. An additional fee of R300.00 will apply for the use of the butchery and cold room. Please bring your own knives. Nuanetzi does not accept any responsibility for the slaughtering of animals.
- A R150.00 fee per hunter per day will apply for the duration of the hunt.
- Above price include hunting vehicle to collect carcasses, field guide and skinning of animals, however Nuanetzi Game Lodge will not be held responsible for anything concerning the preparing of the carcasses.
- Ensure that you bring sufficient plastic bags or sheets to wrap your carcasses.
- All outstanding amounts shall be payable in cash, or Internet transfers on the day of departure and prior to collecting or removing of any meat, or carcasses.
- Please Note: No smoking will be allowed on hunting vehicle. Veld is very dry, should you cause a veld fire due to smoking in the veld you will be held responsible for all damages and injury etc.
- Please ensure that you have sufficient cash to cover the cost of your hunt.
- ANY GAME THAT NEEDS PERMITS is your responsibility, (eg. Warthogs), to be applied for at your Local Conservation offices.
